Our Story

ChannelNav is a product of Lumicraft Foundry Limited, an Irish software company and the European arm of EAT, a well-established technology company based in India with years of experience working alongside Microsoft Partners.

Building on EAT's proven track record serving Indian Microsoft Partners, ChannelNav was launched in 2026 to bring the same expertise and tooling to the European market. Our unique position — combining deep on-the-ground partner experience from India with EU-based data residency and GDPR compliance — makes us uniquely qualified to help partners on both continents scale their practice.
